The Good Shepherd and Me

On this Good Shepherd Sunday, we hear Jesus use two different analogies. He describes himself as both the shepherd and the gate that the sheep enter through (not at the same time). But if he's the shepherd, then we're the sheep.

Lazarus and Jesus

Today, for the 5th Sunday of Lent, we heard the story of Lazarus being raised from the dead. Jesus knew what was going to happen the whole time, and yet he wept with Mary and Martha. HERE is my homily from this morning.

The Samaritan Woman

After three months away, I'm back. Since I'm in Jackson I've fully embraced skiing while also doing everything else that priesthood entails, so this winter the blog has taken a backseat. I return now to share with you my HOMILY from this, the third Sunday of Lent. Hopefully more posts coming soon, but there are a few weeks left of ski season, so...
